it will be a turning point. I walk my girl on a martingale and a double lead which I find fantastic. You can get them on line and I think even better than a halti. recently she has been walking on a normal half check collar and she was very good and I thought I had cracked it - but gradually she built up a big bit of boldness on her new lead system - which meant that she could be dominant or aggressive if she felt like it and had to be checked or I had to avoid certain dogs. Today back on the head collar and we are back to a normal nice polite girl. So reagardless of what my husband says I am a firm believer in head collars for such strong dogs.

That's great Consistency is called for now, no matter how much he protests, which he might decide to do from time to time stick at it
