Just an update

he's still in pain and tired but he's looking for food ( which is hard as i cant give him too much ) I am watching him like a hawk and he trys to hide from me LOL

Hes enjoying his food but he is still getting tummy pain

will keep you updated

He clearly has intestinal bleeding. Answer is try to reduce stress, bland diet (which you're doing) and give things which will reduce the stomach stress . I've heard Aloe juice works in humans (?) available from health shops, but don't knoe success in dogs. Diet wise, chicken and rice works well or chappy.

Dawn I've just read the post....our poor JD....bet it was the fireworks that started it off, as he gets stressed very easily....poor mite....thankfully my Maya wasn't too bad this year....anyway getting back to JD...just hope he fights back once again, the little fighter that he is & great big hugs & xxxxx from us all......Pam Maya & Scoobie
