we had the same problem with Suki when she was little and she has always had a sensitive tum when it comes to food changes. Suki has visited the vet a couple of times with this problem and they gave her a priobotice paste and anti biotics with chicken and rice dinners.It cleared up quickly. Hope Simba is better soon.

Were gonna try the carrots but it seems i was over feeding him :/ so cut the food down and now we seem to have normal stools fingers crossed.
