well its candy who is 5 years old and has had blister like marks on her tounge and it was saw and swollen , after weeks of antibiotics and pain relif . she has now lost some pigment coulor on her pads so they finerly done biopsy and it come back as
ERYTHEMA MULTIFOEME , which is a form of auto immune , they have given her steriods
has anyone ever hear of this before ..

I'm sorry but I've never heard of it I know they can lose pigment due to auto immune, it often happens to the nose. Dawn knows more about auto immune problems than anyone, perhaps you could private message her for some information and advice?

How is Candy doing, have the blister like marks gone now?

nope 10 weeks she has had them ,, they are not infected or saw now but havent gone ,, she is now on steriods ,

but she is happy and cheeky as normal just its harder for her to eat and chew ,, she lives of fish and (barf) pet mince and rice anyway so lost no weight .. she is spoilt ,,

It's good that she's not losing weight and it's gotta be a positve thing that she's happy When my Asia is feeling unwell it definatly shows in her sulky behaviour, I know she's feeling bad if she doesn't want to shake the stuffing out of a bear or two so it sounds like your girl isn't in any pain or discomfort at the moment doesn't it

I have'nt heard of this and have been looking on tinternet for info, which i am sure you have been doing.
It does seem that medicines, food toxins etc can cause this, and not genetics.

I hope Candy is improving now she is on her meds.

Good luck with the meds and I'm here if you need to ask but as Denise says It seems a different type of autoimmune than the norm
