In the pouring London rain a lone Akita keeps silent vigil at The Animals in War Memorial , Park Lane. Not the happy occasion when Flora last attended celebrating the Animal's Remembrance Service in November. Today Flora remained on guard until the graffiti, that was daubed over the memorial in the early hours of May 27th, was removed.
LEST WE FORGET.

I have so much respect for animals and of course soliders who fought and still fight in the war to keep us safe and give us our freedom.

Animals did have a choice, they still fought it didn't they? I was devastated to see this photo originally on Facebook.

So sad.
