Halloween is the start of a busy (and sometimes stressful!) week for our furry friends, with spooky decorations, costumes, and fireworks just around the corner.

Here are some simple ways to help keep your dog calm and happy this season:

๐ŸŽƒ Take your walks earlier in the day before the evening excitement begins.

๐ŸŽƒGradually introduce your dog to Halloween displays and decorations.

๐ŸŽƒ Keep sweets and chocolates well out of reach.

๐ŸŽƒ When greeting trick or treaters, keep your dog on a lead or settle them in another room.

๐ŸŽƒ Make sure decorations and candles are safely out of paws reach.

๐ŸŽƒ Think twice before bringing your dog trick or treating; whatโ€™s fun for us might be scary (or uncomfortable) for them, especially in costume.

Keep it fun, keep it safe, and have a tail wagging Halloween!
